We sell and deliver dried fish products across Bangladesh.
All customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and address when placing an order.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Pricing & Availability
All prices shown on our website are fixed and final.
Prices may change without prior notice due to stock or market updates.
Product availability is subject to stock; if a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.
- Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team will call or text you for confirmation.
Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
Orders with incorrect address or unreachable phone numbers may be canceled.
- Payment Terms ✔ Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can pay after receiving the product.
No advance payment is required unless stated for special items.
- Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier workload.
Shipping charges differ based on inside/outside Dhaka.
We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, traffic, or national holidays.
- Product Quality & Responsibility
We always try to deliver fresh and good-quality products.
Once you open or use the product, we cannot accept any claims unless it was defective on arrival.
- Return & Replacement
We accept return/replacement only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You contact us within 24 hours with clear photo/video proof.
We do NOT accept returns for:
Change of mind
Already used or opened items
Incorrect information given by the customer
- Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
If a customer refuses to receive a confirmed COD parcel without valid reason, we may block future orders.
- Customer Responsibilities
Provide correct address and be available to receive the parcel.
Pick up calls from courier delivery agents.
Check the product at delivery if possible.
- Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information (name, number, address) is used only for order processing.
We do not share or sell customer data to any third party.
